Aetna Insurance
For Pennsylvania Clients
Speak Life Transformation is now in-network with Aetna for eligible clients located in Pennsylvania. Your individual cost will depend on your plan, deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance.
Private Pay Therapy
Individual therapy: $175/session
Private pay offers the flexibility to receive ongoing therapy based on your individual needs without using insurance.
Speak Life Reset
Short-term therapy starting at $120/session
A structured 6- or 10-session private-pay option for individuals looking for focused therapeutic support at a more affordable rate.

If you're looking for support but aren't ready to commit to ongoing weekly therapy at the standard private-pay rate, the Speak Life Reset Therapy Program offers a focused, more affordable alternative.
This structured short-term therapy program is designed to help you address a specific concern, develop practical strategies, and make meaningful progress within a defined period of time.
Speak Life Reset
Includes a comprehensive clinical assessment, five individual therapy sessions, personalized wellness action plan, resources and worksheets, and recommendations for your next steps.
6 sessions | $750 package or $130 per sessionSpeak Life Reset Plus
10 sessions | $1,150 package or $120 per sessionDesigned for individuals who would benefit from additional time and deeper therapeutic support.
The Speak Life Reset Therapy Program is private pay and is not billed through insurance. Available virtually to clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Have Insurance Other Than Aetna?
You may still be able to use your insurance benefits. Speak Life Transformation is an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs.
